Blanziflor et Helena --- Blanziflor and Helena

24. Ave formosissima (Three glockenspiels with independent parts)--- Hail to Thee

No.24 (Ave formosissima) is a chorus of Dionysiac(Bacchus) intensity. The basic bell-tone is conceived as an appeal to Venus. It is a brief but stirring expression of jubilation and most vividly suggests the ecstasy to come in Trionfo di Afrodite(Goddess of Victory) The final cadence clearly illustrates the “cadere”, and leads to a repetition of the Fortuna chorus

Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi --- Fortune, Empress of the World

25. O Fortuna (Fortune, Empress of the World)---O Fortune
